Shipping Policy

Parcel Dispatch

Orders are typically dispatched within 24 hours of payment confirmation (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods (e.g., release days, holiday season), dispatch may be delayed by 1–3 additional business days.

Shipping Methods & Insurance

We ship with Swiss Post. The availability of tracking and signature depends on the service selected at checkout.

Liability and insurance for parcels are provided directly by Swiss Post under their terms and conditions. For details, please refer to the official Swiss Post Insurance & Liability page.

If you need additional coverage (e.g., Signature or Assurance services), please select these options at checkout or contact us before placing your order.

Secure & Eco-Friendly Packaging

We prepare every parcel with care. Orders are packed using protective, eco-conscious materials and sealed to help ensure your items arrive in excellent condition.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees cover handling, packaging, and postage. Handling costs are fixed, while postage is automatically calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight.

We offer free shipping within Switzerland for all orders over CHF 150.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide with services provided by Swiss Post and its international partners.

Please note: customs duties, VAT, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and must be settled with your local customs office.

Pre-Orders / Presales (Shipping)

Pre-order items are products purchased before their official release. Shipping for pre-orders follows these logistics rules:

  • Your order ships when all items in the order are available, including the pre-order item(s).
  • If your order contains items with different release dates, the order will ship once the final item has been released and received.
  • If you prefer separate shipments (e.g., in-stock items first), please place separate orders or request a split shipment in advance. Additional postage may apply.
  • Release dates are provided by publishers/distributors and may change. Dispatch occurs once stock is physically received at our warehouse.
