At cardtreasure.ch, we specialize in high-end collectibles whose prices are subject to market volatility. Due to the unique and fluctuating nature of these items, all sales are final once an order is confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before checkout. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms below as well as our Terms of Service.

No Returns / No Refunds

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or speculative market changes. This applies to all products (sealed products and single cards).

Preorders

  • All preorders are final and cannot be cancelled.
  • Allocations, cancellations, or delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
  • If we are unable to fulfill your preorder (in whole or in part), we will issue a refund for the unfulfilled item(s).
  • Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items will ship once the preorder product officially releases. If you prefer split shipments, please request this in advance; additional postage may apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Not as Described

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@cardtreasure.ch.

  • Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and shipping packaging.
  • Please retain all packaging until your claim is resolved, as carriers may require it for inspection.
  • After assessment, we may offer a replacement (if available), a refund, or store credit consistent with applicable Swiss consumer rules.

Condition Standards & Sealed Products

  • Minor manufacturing imperfections (e.g., light scuffs to shrink wrap, small dents or marks on outer boxes, typical print-line or centering variances...) do not qualify as “defective.”
  • Contents and pull rates of manufacturer-sealed products are not guaranteed; factory collation is outside our control.
  • Third-party grading outcomes (e.g., PSA/CGC/BGS) are not guaranteed and are not grounds for return or refund.

EU Customers

We accept orders from the European Union; however, cardtreasure.ch is a Swiss-based company and not subject to the EU’s 14-day right of withdrawal. By placing an order, you acknowledge that no automatic cancellation right under EU law applies.
